# Tokenomics

**$SuAI Token Address (SUI):**

**$SUAI as the Base Asset for Agent Tokens**

* **Liquidity Pairing:** Each individual agent token is paired with the $SUAI token in its dedicated liquidity pool. To create a new agent, a specific amount of $SUAI tokens is required, which are used to establish the agent’s liquidity pool. Because these liquidity pools are locked, this process exerts deflationary pressure on the $SUAI token supply.
* **Routing Currency:** When there is demand for agent tokens, transactions are routed through the $SUAI token. Users must first swap their $SUI (or other currencies) for $SUAI before they can purchase agent tokens. This creates continuous demand for the $SUAI token, much like how ETH or SOL act as base currencies within the Ethereum and Solana ecosystems, respectively.

**$SUAI Powers the Onchain Agent Economy**

* **Per-Inference Payments:** Users pay for AI agent inferences on a pay-per-use basis. These payments are made directly onchain, with $SUAI tokens transferred from the user’s wallet to the agent’s wallet.
* **Revenue Streaming:** The ongoing onchain payment stream in $SUAI tokens enables transparent, efficient revenue collection for AI agents.
